## LockiPrefixes 3.0.5

This release fixes older Minecraft variants not showing visible rank formatting correctly when using manually assigned LuckPerms groups.

### Fixed

- Fixed legacy, mid, and modern builds not showing the expected rank style for groups like `owner`.
- Added the same default rank presets from the latest build to the older variants.
- Existing older configs now automatically receive missing default rank formats on startup.
- Custom config values are not overwritten when defaults are added.
- Added a lightweight internal tablist updater for legacy, mid, and modern builds when the TAB plugin is not installed.
- Tablist names now refresh when LuckPerms recalculates user data, such as after changing a player's parent group while they are online.

### Notes

If you already have a config, restart the server once with `3.0.5`. LockiPrefixes will add missing default rank entries like `owner`, `admin`, `vip`, and others without replacing your custom values.

This release focuses on maintenance, cleaner admin notifications, updated version support, and reduced console noise.

### Changes since 3.0.0

- Updated the documented Minecraft support range to `1.21.11 / 26.1.x`.
- Updated the latest module to compile against Paper API `26.1.2`.
- Refreshed the README badges with cleaner, larger badges.
- Reworked update checks so they only run once when the server starts.
- Removed repeated 24-hour update checks.
- Player joins no longer trigger remote update checks.
- Update notifications now reuse the cached startup update result.
- Redesigned the update notification into a compact English message.

### Notes

This is mainly a cleanup and compatibility release. Normal players should no longer see admin/update/setup messages, and the console should no longer show duplicate formatted chat lines from LockiPrefixes.

### Performance Improvements
- `Pattern.compile()` calls in UpdateNotifier promoted to `static final` — patterns are no longer recompiled on every version check
- `getTemplates()` in PrefixMenuManager now returns a `static final` unmodifiable list — eliminates per-call allocations
- `saveConfig()` on reload moved to async task — no longer blocks the main thread

- Removed dead cache fields and `CachedPlayerData` class from LuckPermsFacade — LP manages its own cache
- Deleted dead `current` variable in `handlePrefixListClick()`
- All internal Maps in LockiConfig replaced with ConcurrentHashMap
- Dual world-schema overlap now logs a warning instead of silently overwriting
- `latestVersion` is now written before `updateAvailable` to prevent TOCTOU reads
- BufferedReader in UpdateNotifier wrapped in try-with-resources — no more stream leaks on exception
- LuckPerms user-null cases now log a warning instead of silently producing empty placeholders
- PAPI expansion now takes `Supplier<ChatFormatter>` instead of a direct instance — survives reloads
